The staff were outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous. The location was perfect, near everything in town.

I found that my stay there was absolutely great. The staff were very friendly and soo very helpful. I would surely stay there again in the future. Front desk manger and her husband were very helpful and wonderful people.

Great hotel in a convenient location right in the heart of town. Modern and stylish rooms with a sofa bed. Close to restaurants, the train tracks, and downtown Portales. Always a pleasant stay.

requested a master suite with sofa pullout. all I got was a master bed..

The location was good and absolutely perfect as for me, just off the centre, restaurants, and Portales, NM. It also was close to the railroad tracks.

The room I was in had a cool, modern vibe and was really spacious. It had a small fridge and an awesome view. There was also a comfy lounge chair to relax in. Plus, the kitchen area came fully stocked with a microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge. 🍵

Shower drainage wasn't the best but when you look around the town, you appreciate what you can get.

The hotel was clean, however we were gone all day and got back around 4pm and the only thing the maids did was make our bed. They didn't clean the bathroom. The stairwell smelled like someone got sick and it wasn't being aired out. The facilities were nice and so was the staff. The food was bland and the hot cake machine didn't work very well.

The rooms here come equipped with a microwave, a comfy lounge chair, and a sofa that can also be turned into a bed. 🛋️ Great facilities overall.

We were staying here as we were meeting up with or son who is at eastern university the place was very handy for us as we were within walking distance of the centre etc

The location of the hotel was great and perfect - relatively near Blackwater Draw Museum. The property itself was in a nice enough area, right by restaurants and the train tracks in Portales, NM.

I really liked how my room had two TVs and a comfy lounge chair – made it extra cozy! The central location was super convenient, close to everything in town. Plus, being near restaurants and the train tracks was a cool touch 🚂.
